Tanya Davidson is a commercial litigation lawyer who works closely with Sam Bond. She is experienced in the areas of contractual and general commercial dispute resolution, debt recovery, insolvency and property and building disputes. Tanya aims to provide legal services that are practical, commercially focussed and accessible.
As well as running her own files, she assists other members of the practice and has been involved in matters such as the ACCC Geelong petrol price fixing action and the landmark internet defamation case of Gutnick v. Dow Jones. She has conducted matters in all Victorian Courts as well as in other jurisdictions.
In her spare time, Tanya enjoys both socialising and being socially minded, having completed the last two Oxfam Trailwalker endurance events to raise money for charity.
