Sam Bond joined Schetzer Brott & Appel as a lawyer in 1999 and became a Partner of the firm in 2004.
Sam specialises in commercial litigation and has practiced at all jurisdictional levels from the Magistrates Court to the High Court.
Sam has tremendous experience in large scale litigation and has acted in some of the most sizeable and well known commercial litigation matters in the State.
In the years that Sam has practiced he has developed an ability to provide a practical analysis of complex commercial problems. He has particular expertise in contractual issues and an ability to provide a simplified and forthright approach.
Sam's approach to commercial litigation is that it is only one facet of an important commercial transaction. He is always focused on achieving the best commercial outcome for his clients.
Outside of work, Sam is an avid basketball player and is interested in travelling to challenging and remote areas of the world on holiday.
