Dominic is a lawyer in the firm’s corporate and commercial team and has experience working with clients on a variety of transactions across different industry sectors.

Dominic advises clients on small to mid-size M&A transactions, capital raisings, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, and other negotiated transactions. Dominic also works closely with clients to provide regulatory guidance.

Dominic joined the firm in 2022.

Prior to joining SBA Law, Dominic served as legal counsel for Webcentral Limited (ASX: WCG), a digital services technology company.

Education

Dominic holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in politics and international studies, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne.

During Dominic’s time at university, Dominic also studied abroad in China at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and in France at Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne University.
