Expertise

Emma is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation and dispute resolution team.

While completing her studies, Emma joined SBA Law as an office clerk in 2024 and worked closely with both the litigation and property teams before realising her passion for commercial litigation and dispute resolution. In 2025 she became a paralegal for the litigation team.

Emma is currently undertaking SBA Law’s 2025 graduate trainee program.

Education

Emma holds a Bachelor of Laws (honours) and a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Film and Screen Studies and a minor in Human Rights.
