Ethan is a lawyer in the firm’s corporate and commercial team.

Ethan joined SBA Law as a clerk in 2024 whilst completing his studies. He subsequently undertook the firm’s 2025 graduate trainee program and is now admitted to the Supreme Court of Victoria.

• Redmap: advising the shareholders of Redmap Pty Ltd, a leading Australian provider of Accounts Payable (AP) automation software, on the sale to Basware, a global leader in Invoice Lifecycle Management.
• Roller: assisting Roller Networks on its acquisition of UK-based BookNow Software, a CRM-native booking and operations platform.
• The Reject Shop Limited (ASX:TRS): assisting in the acquisition of The Reject Shop by Dollarama Inc. (TSX:DOL) through its wholly-owned Canadian subsidiary Dollarama International Inc., by way of a scheme of arrangement.
