Expertise

Krishy is a lawyer in the firm’s corporate and commercial team who works closely with Cynthia Sica (Partner).

She assists clients on a range of matters including international and domestic licensing, franchising and commercial contracts and arrangements and advising them on regulatory matters including in relation to the Australian Consumer Law, industry codes, privacy and data.

Prior to joining SBA Law, Krishy practised at a New Zealand national law firm in the corporate and commercial team.

Education

Krishy holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Analysis (accounting major) from the University of Waikato (in New Zealand).
