Lydia practices in the firm’s commercial litigation and dispute resolution team. She assists on a range of commercial disputes, with a particular focus on contract and lease disputes. Lydia has experience in all Victorian jurisdictions as well as in the Federal Court of Australia, and the NSW Supreme Court.
Prior to joining SBA, Lydia worked in both tax disputes and commercial litigation teams within international law firms defending multibillion dollar tax disputes against multinational companies, class actions against banks, and pursuing high profile disputes with national and foreign government bodies.
Lydia holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Bachelor of Arts, and a Masters in Taxation Studies (MTaxS) from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.
