Sara is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation and dispute resolution team.

Sara joined our firm as a clerk in 2022 whilst completing her studies and commenced undertaking our graduate trainee program in 2023.

Sara has worked on a wide range of matters including in the Supreme Court, Federal Court and Victorian Administrative and Civil Tribunal. She has a particular interest in contract law, corporations law and intellectual property.

Education

Sara holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from Monash University.

Experience

Recent matters involving Sara include:

• Assisted bringing successful claim for possession in the Supreme Court of Victoria resulting in the enforcement of clients’ securities.
• Assisted with bringing successful action to prevent the infringement of client’s intellectual property rights.
• Assisting claim in the Supreme Court of Victoria between the vendors and purchasers of a global supply chain business.
• Assisting agribusiness client in an ongoing arbitration with Grain Trade Australia.
• Assisting developer of residential and commercial real estate with compulsory acquisition of land by the State Government.
• Assisted team in responding to claim in the Federal Court of Australia against former officers of global, multi-boutique asset management firm.
